深圳大运留学基金会简介
深圳大运留学基金会（以下简称基金会）是深圳为弘扬大运精神，促进国际青年文化教育交流，特地筹集资金设立的一家专门资助留学生的公募基金会，是大运会历史上首次以“大运会”名义设立的留学基金。
Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) is a public fundraising foundation established with specially raised funds with a view to promoting the spirit of the Universiade and facilitating the cultural and educational exchanges among international young people. It is the first scholarship foundation established to fund overseas study in the name of the Universiade in its history.
基金会资金主要用于资助境外（含港澳）学生来华留学、国内学生到境外（含港澳）留学、开展和资助有益于发展深圳教育事业的对外友好交流活动，以及其他符合基金会宗旨的公益活动。
SUISF is established mainly to fund overseas students (including students from Hong Kong and Macao) for studying in the Chinese mainland, support domestic students in pursuing education abroad (including Hong Kong and Macao), conduct and sponsor friendly international exchange activities that are conducive to the development of Shenzhen’s educational undertakings, and carry out other public welfare activities aligned with the mission of the SUISF.
2011年8月13日基金会在深圳成立，原深圳市委常委、常务副市长刘应力任创会理事长。2022年1月11日，基金会召开理事会换届会议，黄国强当选第二届理事会理事长。
SUISF was established in Shenzhen on August 13, 2011, with Mr. Liu Yingli, former Standing Committee Member of CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal Government, serving as its Founding Chairman. On January 11, 2022, SUISF held a council election meeting, and Mr. Huang Guoqiang was elected as Chairman of the Second Council.
2011年，首批获得基金会资助的中外大学生11名。在世界大学校长论坛开幕仪式上，时任深圳市市长许勤向首批受助学生中的6位颁发奖励证书。其中5名留学生来自白俄罗斯、巴西、喀麦隆、摩洛哥、泰国，分别就读于深圳大学、北京中医药大学、中山大学和华南理工大学。唯一一名中国学生是在哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究院就读的邹笃建，当时即将赴美国纽约州立大学攻读博士学位。时任深圳市委书记王荣说，这些学生有的是深圳大运会火炬手，有的是大运会志愿者，有的参与了大运会主火炬点燃仪式，有的参与了大运会场馆建设，在宣传大运、参与大运、服务大运、弘扬大运精神和促进中外文化教育交流等方面具有代表性。王荣说，未来深圳大运留学基金会将通过政府资助，法人、自然人或其他组织自愿捐赠，以及获取利息和投资收益等方式实现可持续发展。基金会设立理事会和监事会，依法开展公益活动，相关信息将向社会公开，接受社会监督。
In 2011, the first batch of 11 Chinese and foreign university students received sponsorship from SUISF. At the opening ceremony of the World University Presidents Forum, Mr. Xu Qin, then mayor of Shenzhen, presented award certificates to 6 of them. Among them, 5 international students from Belarus, Brazil, Cameroon, Morocco and Thailand studied at Shenzhen University, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University and South China University of Technology, respectively. The only Chinese student was Zou Dujian, who studied at the Shenzhen Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology and was subsequently admitted to pursue his doctoral studies at the State University of New York. Mr. Wang Rong, then Secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, said that some of these students were torchbearers of the Shenzhen Universiade, some were volunteers, some participated in the lighting ceremony of the main torch, and some took part in the construction of the Universiade venues. They were representatives in promoting the Universiade, participating in Universiade events, providing services for the Games, upholding its spirit, and advancing cultural and educational exchanges between China and foreign countries. He said that in the future, SUISF will achieve sustainable development through government funding, voluntary donations from legal persons, natural persons or other organizations, as well as through earning interest and investment returns. SUISF has established a council and a supervisory board to carry out public welfare activities in accordance with the law, and will make relevant information publicly available to accept social supervision.
基金会成立至今，国家、省、市领导高度重视，深圳市教育局、市民政局及市政府相关部门大力支持，基金会历任领导尽心尽责、不遗余力，开创性并富有成效地开展工作。截止2025年，基金会共资助中外留学生1548人，惠及全球96个国家及地区。用于资助中外留学生和开展符合基金会宗旨的公益活动的资助金4649.2万元。
Since its foundation, SUISF has received high attention from national, provincial and municipal leaders and strong support from Education Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and other municipal government departments. Successive leaders of SUISF have diligently and tirelessly helped advance its innovative and effective work. As of 2025, SUISF has funded a total of 1,548 Chinese and foreign students, benefiting excellent students from 96 countries and regions worldwide. The fund used to support Chinese and foreign students and conduct public welfare activities aligned with the mission of the SUISF amounted to RMB 46.492 million.
