8月15日，由我会与深圳市人民对外友好协会、深圳市国际交流合作基金会联合举办的“在深留学生菁英交流营”与复星医疗成员医院深圳恒生医院国际客服部一同开展“中医八段锦体验活动”，为在深留学生们带来了一次独特的文化交流与身心健康的体验。
August 15th，the International Health Care Unit Department of ShenzhenHengsheng Hospital and Shenzhen People' s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation and Shenzhen Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation jointly organized Baduanjin - experience of traditional Chinese martial art, which brought a unique cultural exchange and physical and mental health experience for the Shenzhen International Students.
活动开始前，留学生们参观了深圳恒生医院生殖医学科、口腔科、中医科等科室。医院先进的现代化医疗设备和国际客服部提供的一对一英语陪诊服务让大家印象深刻。
Before the practical part of the activity, foreign students visited the Department of Reproductive Medicine, Department of Stomatology, Traditional Chinese Medicine and other departments of Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital. The hospital's advanced modern medical equipment and the one-to-one English accompanying service provided by the International customer Service Department impressed everyone.
随后，八段锦老师为营员们带来了中国传统武术八段锦的体验课程。老师用流利的英语向营员们详细介绍了八段锦的基本理论知识、历史背景以及健康益处，并生动地演示了八段锦的动作、招式和呼吸技巧，耐心地纠正每位营员的动作。在轻松欢快的氛围中，营员们积极参与，感受到了八段锦所带来的宁静和愉悦。
Master of Baduan Jin has given the students a lecture of Chinese traditional martial art - Baduanjin. The master gave the students a detailed introduction to the basic theoretical knowledge, historical background and health benefits of Baduanjin in English language. Then, the master vividly demonstrated the movements and breathing skills of Baduanjin, and patiently corrected the movements of each student. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, the students actively participated and felt the serenity and pleasure brought by the Baduanjin.
课程结束后，营员们向老师提出了很多关于八段锦的问题，都对中医和中草药治疗疾病非常感兴趣。此次活动不仅仅是一次文化交流，更是留学生们深入了解中医文化的机会。未来，深圳恒生医院还会推出更多精彩的中医药健康活动，为广大在深留学生带来更多的惊喜与收获。
At the end of the course, the students asked the teacher a lot of questions about Baduanjin, and everyone said they were very interested in the treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal medicine. This activity is not only a cultural exchange, but also an opportunity for international students to deeply understand the culture of traditional Chinese medicine. In the future, Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital will also organize more health oriented activities for traditional Chinese medicine, which will bring more surprises and gains to the vast number of foreign students in Shenzhen.
